Introducing: Stride Forward Coaching Program for Women in Midlife Transition
Our 12-week small group coaching program helps women navigate the challenges of midlife through movement, meaningful connection, and mindset shifts that actually stick, culminating in a 5k race and retreat.
Stride Forward Coaching blends personalized training with a judgement-free community so women can feel more grounded in their bodies, seen in their struggles, and empowered to take up space in their lives, relationships, and futures.

Joining Stride Forward Coaching Program means getting back to yourself
Our program helps you uncover your identity outside of your responsibilities and begin to prioritize your own needs.

This isn’t a race or a bootcamp. You’ll get a personalized plan based on your starting point, whether that’s walking around the block or jogging for a minute at a time.
