Meet your Coach Jenny Crow

Jenny is a Certified Master Coach (ICF approved), Certified Personal Trainer, and RRCA Level 1 Running Coach with a passion for helping women—especially those in midlife—step into their strength, purpose, and joy. With a unique blend of mindset coaching, movement, and mentorship, Jenny empowers her clients to reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change in their lives.

Her method of coaching goes beyond surface-level goals. Jenny works with each client to identify areas of personal growth, define clear and aligned goals, and create a path forward grounded in accountability and self-compassion. Whether through a one-on-one session, a group coaching experience, or a personalized training plan, Jenny brings a heart-centered approach to every interaction.

What sets Jenny apart is her ability to hold space for transformation. Every session is a safe, welcoming environment marked by deep empathy, zero judgment, and a true commitment to inclusivity. She meets her clients exactly where they are—and walks beside them as they move toward where they want to be.

Through this intentional and supportive process, Jenny helps women unlock their potential and turn their deepest dreams into tangible, lived realities.

 

She resides in Waxhaw, North Carolina, with her husband, pre-teen twins and two spirited rescue dogs.

Meet your Coach Jenn Pellegrini 

Jenn Pellegrini is on a mission to better the world through movement and connection. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, and public relations, Jenn brings a unique blend of strategy, heart, and creativity to everything she does.

​

An International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approached Certified Master Coach and RRCA Level 1 Certified Running Coach, Jenn helps women in midlife transitions reconnect with their energy, identity, and purpose. Whether through health coaching, mindset work, or personalized movement plans, she partners with clients to create “aha” moments, build confidence, and take bold steps forward in life, work, and community.

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Jenn has transformed what once felt like a challenge into a superpower. Her lived experience fuels her ADHD-informed coaching style—offering deep empathy, structure, and insight for women navigating similar paths.

Jenn’s motto is simple but powerful: Move your body, create movement in your life. Her approach combines curiosity, compassion, and accountability—helping women uncover their inner strength and celebrate their progress every step of the way.

A lifelong endurance athlete and “high-functioning” introvert, Jenn has completed over 20 marathons (including Boston, Chicago, and NYC), 1 Ironman (Coeur d’Alene), 2 Half Ironmans, and over a dozen Olympic triathlons. She continues to believe that forward is a pace—and that community is everything.
