Stride Forward Coaching Experience for Women in Midlife Transition
A 12-week small group coaching program that helps women navigate the challenges of midlife through movement, meaningful connection, and mindset shifts that actually stick, culminating in a 5k/10k/or 1/2 marathon race and retreat.
Stride Forward Coaching blends personalized training with a judgement-free community so women can feel more grounded in their bodies, seen in their struggles, and empowered to take up space in their lives, relationships, and futures.
