Stride Forward is a 6-week small-group coaching experience for women going through midlife transition and are seeking clarity, confidence, and deeper connection. Each week blends live (1) virtual coaching session and (1) live/recorded strength workout around powerful themed conversations from Joy, Self-Care, What Lights You Up, to Menopause, and Nutrition—to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more energized today and tomorrow. Because you are worth showing up for yourself. Why it works - A small, supportive group of women (max 12) offers the space for real conversations, whole-person growth, and practical tools that strengthen your power, presence, and community. Dive deeper into the Key West experience Your Stride Forward Tools, Support & Experiences: Once weekly live virtual group coaching sessions (60 minutes): Dive into deep conversation focused on mindset, motivation, and navigating challenges in midlife. Two 1:1 coaching sessions with Jenn or Jenny: Personalized guidance to help you dig deeper, set clear goals, and stay accountable. Once weekly, 45-minute live virtual group strength workouts (and recorded): Build physical strength and confidence in a way that supports your goals and prevents burnout. Three-day in-person retreat: Immerse yourself in connection, reflection, and movement with your Stride Forward sisters IRL! Stride Forward Shirt Pre-race gathering with your SF Sisters, gain insider race-day tips Post-race yoga just with your SF sisters Cross the finish line together and celebrate what you've accomplished—inside and out. A supportive, ongoing community Stay connected with your pod and our broader Stride Forward family—because the journey doesn’t end at the finish line.
